1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account on fm999 or placing any bet on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form the entire agreement between you and fm999. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with fm999 you must meet all of the following conditions:

fm999 does not knowingly accept accounts from minors. If we discover that a player is under 18, we will close the account immediately and return any unspent balance after deducting winnings earned while underage.

One account per person

Accurate information

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome bonus

New players receive a 195% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳17,500. The bonus is credited to your account automatically once the qualifying deposit clears.

Wagering requirement

All bonuses are subject to a 25× wagering requirement on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,950 bonus means you must wager ৳(1,000 + 1,950) × 25 = ৳72,500 before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. fm999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on fm999 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Red Tiger, Playtech, KA Gaming, Sexy Gaming, FA Chai, Spribe, and JILI. Each game's individual rules, RTP percentage, and minimum/maximum bet limits are displayed inside the game interface before play begins.

fm999 cooperates fully with law-enforcement requests and may freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Our Liability

fm999 is not liable for losses arising from: internet outages outside our control, delays caused by payment processors, or decisions you make during gameplay. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Our maximum liability to any single player in any calendar month is capped at the total net deposits made by that player during that month, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide greater rights.

10. Your Duty to Play Responsibly
