Withdrawals & Processing Times
The minimum withdrawal at fm999 is ৳1,000. The daily maximum is ৳2,30,000 (this limit increases with your VIP tier). Most withdrawals clear to your bKash or Nagad account in roughly 11 minutes.
Your first-ever withdrawal may take up to one hour while fm999 runs a standard security check. Once that check is done, all subsequent withdrawals use the standard 11-minute timeline.
Why might a withdrawal be delayed?
- Your KYC documents have not been reviewed yet.
- The withdrawal amount exceeds your current daily limit.
- The active-bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
- Your account name does not match the mobile banking name.
If your withdrawal is pending for more than 30 minutes and none of the above applies, contact 24/7 live chat or email [email protected].
KYC Identity Verification
fm999 requires identity verification before you can make your first withdrawal. This is a legal requirement and protects your account from fraud. Submit your documents from the "Verify Account" section in your profile.

Welcome Bonus & Promotions
New players at fm999 receive a 195% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳17,500. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳150. The bonus is added to your account immediately after the deposit clears.
Wagering requirement
The welcome bonus carries a 25× wagering requirement. This means if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,950 in bonus, you must wager a combined ৳(2,950 × 25) = ৳73,750 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The bonus is valid for 7 days from the date it is credited.
Reload and cashback
After your first deposit, every subsequent qualifying deposit earns a 23% reload bonus. fm999 also runs a 0.5% daily cashback on net losses — this is credited automatically at midnight UTC+06.
Full bonus terms are listed on the fm999 Bonus & VIP page.

fm999 App for Android
The fm999 Android app (version 3.5.5) is a free 28 MB download and runs on Android 6.0 or higher. Because it is not distributed through the Google Play Store, you need to allow "Install from unknown sources" in your Android settings before installing.
Download the APK from fm999 App. The app offers the full casino lobby, deposits, withdrawals and live chat — the same experience as the desktop site.
Account Security
Use a unique password for your fm999 account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. fm999 staff will never ask for your password in a live chat or email.
